Who wants to work with someone that they don’t like? Here is a bit about me outside of the office.

Runner

I have been running both recreationally and competitively in some form or another since the sixth grade. I’ve ran four marathons, including two world majors, and have plans to run two more marathons in 2026.

Here I am after winning a 5K that was meant for middle schoolers (I did not know the intended age range when I entered the race).

Reader

Reading was probably my first passion. I would read anything, anywhere - I even competed as a speed-reader in my sixth grade talent show (I did not win).

Here I am reading on a roller coaster in 8th grade. I would kill to have that much hair again.

Traveler

In addition to studying abroad in Valencia for three months, I recently took trips to Copenhagen and Italy.

There’s also been a substantial amount of US travel, but much of that has been either work, weddings, or family-related, so it feels a bit like cheating to list them out.

Cat-raiser

My cat has been described by her various cat-sitters as a “delightful little lady”, “so much fun”, and “smart enough to win awards”.

Published studies have indicated that the personality of a cat mirrors that of their owner, so these rave reviews must bode well for me as well.
